UAG’s Victory Plaza project has officially topped out, and New York YIMBY has featured this milestone in their most recent newsletter. The project, which when finished will provide affordable housing to seniors, is from Camber Property Developers and was designed by Aufgang Architects.

25 Park Row Featured Again in YIMBY

As the façade of UAG’s 25 Park Row rapidly rises, the project is featured again in New York YIMBY. The building is in the late stages of construction, with completion expected by the end of 2019 and sales already launched as of this summer. At completion, the tower will host 110 condos and four floors of commercial space.
