UAG Featured in The Real Deal

UAG is proud to be featured in the The Real Deal’s article “Durst taps UAG to construct the newest Hallets Point buildings.”

The article describes UAG’s involvement as the construction manager for 26-02 First Street and 26-40 First Street, part of the 2.4 million-square-foot project planned for the Astoria waterfront.

The Halletts Point development will provide new housing, retail and community spaces and will include a total of seven buildings with 2,400 rental units. Plans also feature a variety of retail opportunities and a new K-8 public school.  The two buildings currently in progress with UAG will total 800,000 square feet and be constructed on a shared parking foundation and podium. Each tower will have individual lobbies and amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, screening rooms, lounges, spas and business centers.
