WALKER HOUSE

UAG provided construction management services for the renovation of Walker House, a National Historic Landmark originally designed by renowned architect Ralph Walker in the 1920s. UAG converted the 445,000 SF commercial building to create 265 residential rental units, while sensitively restoring and reviving the art-deco elements within the lobby, amenity spaces, and on the exterior façade.
