Andy is the Founding President and CEO of Urban Atelier Group (UAG), a construction management firm with operations in New York and Florida, where he sets the firm’s strategic vision and shapes its operations and culture. A construction management veteran with more than 25 years of experience, including over two decades in New York City, Andy has delivered projects across a wide range of sectors, including mixed-income residential, commercial mixed-use, hospitality, entertainment, and cultural developments. That breadth of expertise allows UAG to craft nuanced, context-driven solutions tailored to the distinct demands of every project.
Under Andy’s leadership, UAG has grown to more than 200 employees and over $820 million in annual revenue, building a reputation for ethical, transparent, and solution-oriented execution along the way. He believes construction should strengthen the communities it touches, and he brings that conviction to every development through thoughtful collaboration, meaningful stakeholder engagement, and genuine sensitivity to neighborhood context.
Andy champions a people-first culture built on opportunity, accountability, excellence, and sustainable work-life balance. Working closely with clients, partners, and internal leadership, he shapes long-term strategy, guides policy, and ensures consistently exceptional outcomes.
Beyond the firm, Andy serves on the Board of Directors of Breaking Ground, a nonprofit dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing and solutions to homelessness in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, cum laude, from Villanova University, where he captained the Division I Men’s Lacrosse team.
