Alexandra Gellman serves as Vice President, General Counsel at Urban Atelier Group, bringing nearly two decades of legal experience to the firm’s legal strategy and operations. She specializes in construction law and contract drafting and negotiation, with a career built on guiding project teams from inception through completion.
Prior to joining UAG, Alex spent more than a decade as Assistant General Counsel at AECOM Tishman, where she played an integral role in some of New York City’s most high-profile developments, including One Vanderbilt and 270 Park Avenue. Her experience navigating the legal complexities of projects at this scale brings a steady, seasoned perspective to UAG’s legal operations.
Alex’s contributions to the industry have earned wide recognition, including the Outstanding Woman Award from the Women Builders Council and a place among ENR’s Top Young Professionals.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona and a Juris Doctor Degree in from New York Law School.
