Andy serves as Founding President and CEO of UAG, where he is responsible for the overall management of the atelier and the development of both short- and long-term strategic goals. With 25 years of experience in construction management—including more than two decades in New York City—Andy leads with a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to UAG’s core values. He serves as the lead ambassador of the firm’s culture, defined by opportunity, accountability, high-quality outcomes, and work-life balance.
Andy regularly engages with key stakeholders, sets the firm’s strategic direction, and helps shape policies that reinforce UAG’s reputation for ethical, transparent, and solution-driven project execution. He takes pride in the company’s people-first approach and the dedication of its passionate team.
Before founding UAG, Andy served as Vice President at Hunter Roberts Construction Group and as Preconstruction Manager at Clark Construction. He earned his Civil Engineering degree cum laude from Villanova University, where he was also a member and team captain of the Division I Lacrosse team.
Outside the office, Andy is passionate about health and fitness, coaches youth soccer, and enjoys travel, architecture, and design.
