Can Nuriogullari is a Project Executive at UAG with more than 15 years of industry experience. He currently oversees two of the firm’s most demanding assignments: Linden Plaza, a landmark 2.3-million-square-foot occupied rehabilitation of a multi-building residential complex built above the MTA’s Pitkin Yard, and Stevenson Square, a multi-building affordable housing development in the Bronx.
Throughout his career, Can has managed renovation and ground-up construction across the residential, hospitality, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, with experience spanning preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. This breadth allows him to add value from a project’s earliest planning stages through final delivery.
Before joining UAG, Can held senior positions at DPR Construction and KSK Construction Group. He holds an MBA from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Near East University.
