Eric Nelson is a Senior Project Executive at UAG, bringing over 25 years of construction management experience across a wide range of sectors, including residential, hospitality, and entertainment. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Eric excels at managing large, multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-impact developments. He is deeply committed to mentorship and client engagement, consistently aligning project execution with client goals while upholding the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
Since joining UAG in 2024, Eric has been spearheading two major projects: 101 Franklin, a commercial-to-residential conversion in Tribeca, and 192 Douglass Street, a multifamily development in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Prior to UAG, he held senior leadership roles at Triton Construction and AECOM Tishman, where he managed several high-profile projects. His portfolio includes marquee developments such as CityCenter in Las Vegas, MGM Springfield, and the Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Resort.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University.
