Eric Nelson serves as Vice President, Project Executive at Urban Atelier Group, bringing more than 25 years of construction management experience across the hospitality, entertainment, and residential sectors. He is recognized for a highly collaborative leadership style and a proven ability to direct large, multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-impact developments. Deeply committed to mentorship and client engagement, Eric consistently aligns project execution with client objectives while upholding the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and delivery.
Since joining UAG in 2024, Eric has been spearheading two significant projects: 101 Franklin Street, a commercial-to-residential conversion in Tribeca, and 192 Douglass Street, a multifamily residential development in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
Before UAG, Eric held senior leadership roles at Triton Construction and AECOM Tishman, where he led some of the industry’s most complex hospitality and gaming developments. Few sectors demand more precision than casino and hospitality construction, where regulatory scrutiny is intense and timelines are unforgiving, and Eric’s expertise spans every phase of it: master planning, preconstruction, construction execution, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. His portfolio includes marquee projects such as CityCenter in Las Vegas, MGM Springfield, and the Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Resort.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University.
