Frank Lapera serves as Vice President of UAG’s Southeast Region, spearheading the firm’s strategic expansion into South Florida. With over 23 years of combined experience in architecture, construction management, and real estate development, Frank leads preconstruction and operations for UAG South, including the landmark Robles project in Tampa.
Frank specializes in complex ground-up projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional sectors. His deep expertise supports UAG’s commitment to delivering high-quality developments tailored to diverse market needs.
Prior to joining UAG, Frank contributed to several notable projects such as the Ronald O. Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center, Powerhouse Arts, Brearley School, 160 Leroy Street, Zucker Hillside Hospital, 1510 Lexington Avenue, and 39 East 29th Street. His prior roles include leadership positions at PAC NYC (Perelman), Colliers International (formerly Gorton & Partners), Gotham Construction, and H. Thomas O’Hara Architects.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Architectural Technology and a minor in Advanced AutoCAD from the New York Institute of Technology.
