As Vice President and Project Executive at UAG, Gavin boasts an impressive track record of successfully completing major projects, including Olympia Dumbo and Morgan North. Currently, he oversees the ongoing construction of Halletts Point 20 & 30, 335 Eighth Avenue, 300 East 50th Street, and 499 President Street, ensuring seamless progress from inception to completion. Gavin’s expertise extends to managing budgets and schedules with unwavering certainty, ensuring financial stability throughout the project lifecycle. His strategic approach emphasizes flexible management techniques and prioritizes partnerships, resulting in the cultivation of exceptional client relationships and the facilitation of robust team-building endeavors. Gavin recognizes UAG’s dedication to advocating for project enhancement while upholding a systematic management approach as the hallmark that sets the Atelier apart from other construction management firms.
Before joining UAG in 2017, Gavin spent ten years at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, where he played a pivotal role in projects such as Via 57 West and BMCC Fiterman Hall. His tenure there honed his cost management, scheduling, and team leadership skills. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Villanova University. Outside of his professional pursuits, Gavin enjoys fishing, golfing, and watching Villanova basketball with his family.
