George Rodriguez serves as Vice President of Financial Operations at UAG, where he leads the firm’s Financial Operations department, overseeing cost accounting, financial reporting, financial systems, data and business intelligence, and enterprise analytics. Over the course of his 10-plus years with UAG, George has helped build the financial infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and operational processes that support the company’s continued growth while enabling greater visibility into project and company performance.
With more than 15 years of experience in construction management and financial leadership, George partners closely with executive leadership and operations teams to oversee project financial performance, forecasting, cost management, enterprise reporting, and strategic planning. His team delivers the financial insights and operational support that drive informed decision-making across every stage of a project’s lifecycle.
George leads a multidisciplinary team of cost accountants, systems engineers, and business analysts focused on advancing financial operations through process improvement, automation, technology integration, and data-driven decision-making. He has played a key role in modernizing UAG’s reporting capabilities by implementing enterprise business intelligence solutions, including Power BI dashboards and integrated financial reporting that provide executives and project teams with timely, actionable insights. Under his leadership, the department continues to strengthen the financial systems, reporting, and analytics that support UAG’s growth and operational excellence.
George earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
