Jack serves as Senior Director, Estimating at UAG, where he leads the estimating and preconstruction processes that guide projects from conceptual design through construction documents, budget development, and GMP execution. He oversees a team of highly skilled professionals focused on cost analysis, value engineering, system selection, and constructability reviews. With a foundation in both estimating and business, Jack brings a deep understanding of project economics and consistently delivers creative solutions that drive cost certainty and client satisfaction.
As one of UAG’s first five employees, Jack has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s culture and reputation. Prior to joining the Atelier, he worked at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, leveraging industry insights and relationships that continue to inform his leadership at UAG.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and has completed civil engineering coursework at the City College of New York. He also holds an HPD Healthy Homes certification. Committed to community engagement, Jack has supported organizations such as KaBOOM!, Transportation Alternatives, The Harlem Academy, and the Robin Hood Foundation.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys exploring New York City by Citibike or motorcycle, as well as woodworking and cooking.
