Jack serves as Vice President, Estimating at UAG, where he leads the firm’s estimating and preconstruction processes from conceptual design through construction documents, budget development, and GMP execution. He directs a team of skilled professionals focused on cost analysis, value engineering, system selection, and constructability reviews. With expertise spanning both estimating and business, Jack brings a sophisticated understanding of project economics and consistently delivers innovative solutions that give clients cost certainty and confidence from a project’s earliest stages.
Jack’s history with UAG runs as deep as the firm itself. As one of its first five employees, he has been instrumental in shaping the culture, standards, and reputation that define the Atelier today, and his fingerprints are on nearly every stage of the firm’s growth.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and completed civil engineering coursework at the City College of New York.
