Jeffrey Crompton is Vice President, Project Executive at UAG, bringing more than 35 years of industry experience, one of the deepest track records at the firm. He currently oversees the delivery of 700 Lexington Avenue, a commercial-to-residential conversion in Manhattan, and Flushing Commons, a luxury residential condominium in Queens, managing budget, schedule, safety, and quality while leading multidisciplinary teams through every phase of execution.
A trained Mechanical Engineer, Jeff has managed both renovation and ground-up construction across the residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. His expertise extends well beyond the field, spanning preconstruction and construction support with extensive experience in purchasing and estimating, a range that allows him to guide projects with equal command from first budget to final closeout.
Prior to joining UAG, Jeff held senior positions at Hunter Roberts Construction Group and Turner Construction, two of the industry’s most respected builders.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
