Justin White serves as a Project Executive at UAG, bringing over 33 years of seasoned experience across union carpentry, construction management, and real estate development. Known for his proven expertise in managing complex, large-scale ground-up projects, Justin’s portfolio spans high-end residential, commercial mixed-use, institutional, and higher education sectors. He combines extensive field knowledge with executive-level leadership, specializing in logistically challenging builds that demand coordination across multiple stakeholders. Justin’s balanced background working in both contractor and developer environments enables him to guide projects efficiently from conception through completion.
At UAG, Justin currently oversees key developments including preconstruction for 4 Manhattan West and construction management services for Stevenson Commons, an affordable housing, mixed-use residential community.
Prior notable projects include the Giorgio Armani Residences at 760 Madison Avenue, the Continental Airlines Global Gateway in Newark, the JP Morgan Chase Campus in Jersey City, The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in Galloway, and North General Hospital in Harlem. Before joining UAG, Justin held leadership roles with Leeding Builders Group (AECOM), HFZ Capital Group, Bovis Lend Lease, Structure Tone, and JA Jones Construction. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Construction Management from New York University.
