Kristen is the Human Resources Manager at UAG. Kristen is responsible for seeing colleagues through their entire employment cycle, from initial interviews and onboarding to training and employee engagement. Kristen ensures UAG is offering the best benefits and resources to care for its colleagues and their families and ensures compliance with all city, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. She also facilitates and oversees the annual review process, liaises between colleagues and senior management, collaborates with the Finance department to ensure payroll and benefit accuracy, and maintains and issues all COVID-19 protocols. Kristen seeks to make UAG the most sought-after construction management company to work for by emphasizing the company’s culture of caring for its employees and fostering a sense of community.
Before UAG, Kristen worked at Hyatt Hotels for 13 years, with her most recent role at Park Hyatt, New York. Kristen received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an English minor from San Diego State University. She spends her free time baking, attending Broadway shows, and exploring New York’s hidden gems.
