Kristen is the Senior Director, Human Resources at UAG, where she guides colleagues through the entire employment journey, from initial interviews and onboarding through training, development, and engagement. She ensures UAG offers best-in-class benefits and resources to care for its colleagues and their families, while maintaining compliance with all city, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Kristen also oversees the annual review process, serves as a trusted liaison between colleagues and senior management, and partners with the Finance department to ensure payroll and benefits accuracy.
At the heart of Kristen’s work is a simple ambition: to make UAG the most sought-after construction management firm to work for. She pursues it by championing a culture where employees feel genuinely cared for and connected to a larger community.
Before UAG, Kristen spent 13 years with Hyatt Hotels, most recently at Park Hyatt New York, an experience that shaped her deep instincts for hospitality and service that she now brings to caring for UAG’s people.
Kristen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in English from San Diego State University.
