Marc serves as Senior Director, Safety at UAG, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in construction safety. He oversees the development and implementation of safety protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations across all project sites. Marc leads UAG’s safety programs and policies, partnering closely with project teams to address schedule logistics, high-risk activities, and ongoing safety initiatives—including training, onboarding, technology integration, and fostering an Injury-Free (IIF) culture.
Before joining UAG, Marc served as a Loss Control Auditor at Total Safety Consulting and a Corporate Safety Specialist at Northwell Health. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Safety Science with a management minor from Keene State College. His certifications include NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator, BCSP CHST, IBFCSM CHSP, and FDNY CFSM.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, curating food and beverage menus, playing sports, and taking on DIY home improvement projects.
