Matthew Leibel serves as a Project Executive at UAG with over 15 years of experience in construction management. Matthew has spearheaded notable projects such as Morgan North, a substantial commercial rehabilitation spanning 1.3 million square feet, and Halletts Point 20 & 30, comprising two residential rental towers totaling 800,000 square feet.
Matthew leads by example, drawing on his multifaceted background within the industry, including roles in business development, estimating, project management, and superintendent duties. He fosters a positive team environment grounded in creative problem-solving and ensures that projects are executed with precision in terms of cost and schedule certainty.
Prior to his tenure at UAG, Matthew dedicated nearly a decade to Hunter Roberts Construction Group, where he managed numerous large-scale developments across the residential, academic, and cultural sectors.
Matthew’s educational foundation is rooted in a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College, underscoring his analytical approach and strategic mindset in navigating complex construction projects.
