Nada Cheiban is a Project Executive at UAG with 25 years of experience managing complex new construction and historic restoration projects. Known for cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, Nada expertly leads all phases of development from preconstruction planning through final closeout, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Nada currently oversees Liberty Landing, a 100,000-square-foot conversion of the former Bayview Correctional Facility into 124 affordable and supportive housing units, as well as 1418 Fort Hamilton Parkway, a 123,000-square-foot short-term rental development comprising 124 units.
Before joining UAG, Nada contributed her expertise at Gilbane Building Company, where she led the development of The MET’s extensive gallery renovations, multiple New York Public Library Carnegie branch renovations, Kings Theatre renovation, and the African Burial Ground National Monument. Her dedication and leadership were recognized in 2014 with the Thomas and William Gilbane Project Achievement Award and in 2015 by the Women Builders Council with their Outstanding Women Award.
Nada holds professional registrations as a registered architect in Lebanon, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), and Associate Design-Build Professional (Assoc. DBIA). She earned her Master of Science in Architecture from the Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts in Beirut, Lebanon.
