Robert Ferdinand is Vice President, Project Executive at UAG, where he brings deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to some of the firm’s most complex ground-up and preconstruction assignments. Currently, Robert is leading Phase II of Flushing Commons, a 380,000-square-foot luxury residential condominium in Downtown Flushing, Queens, and the HELP Women’s Center in Brooklyn, a 60,000-square-foot all-electric shelter designed to serve 200 residents.
Robert spent 20 years at AECOM Tishman, rising from Project Manager to Senior Vice President, during which he built a track record on some of the most ambitious developments in New York and beyond. Notably, he led Phase I of Flushing Commons during his tenure there, bringing foundational expertise to the project he now continues to advance at UAG. His project experience also includes the 975,000-square-foot Fordham Landing mixed-use development in the Bronx, the Turkevi Center in Midtown Manhattan, and the iconic 18-million-square-foot CityCenter development on the Las Vegas Strip, one of the largest sustainable private developments in the United States. His background spans residential, hospitality, civic, and medical construction, giving him a broad and versatile command of complex, large-scale delivery.
