Sean Smith

Project Executive

Sean Smith is a Project Executive at UAG, leveraging over a decade of comprehensive experience in Construction Management. His portfolio includes significant projects such as 25 Park Row, a prestigious 50-story luxury residential tower, the expansive Bronx Point, a 530,000-square-foot affordable housing development, and 335 Eighth Avenue, a mixed-income rental development in Chelsea.

Sean skillfully manages budgets and schedules, ensuring steadfast cost certainty and the financial prosperity of his ventures. His leadership is characterized by a mentorship-focused approach, fostering resilient teams capable of addressing project challenges with creative problem-solving solutions. Sean’s strategic vision propels organizational objectives forward and cultivates enduring client relationships.

Before joining UAG, Sean contributed to significant projects at Sciame Construction, including 404 Park Avenue South and the CUNY City College of Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Outside his professional endeavors, Sean finds solace in nature at his Upstate New York residence.
