With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Steve serves as Senior Senior Project Executive at UAG. He is known as the person teams turn to when challenges arise, bringing a proactive, solutions-first approach to resolving issues for internal teams and external partners alike. Steve leads projects from inception to completion, navigating agency approvals, responding to client needs, and clearing operational hurdles with precision.
Steve has played a key role in several major residential developments, including two condominium projects, 25 Park Row and The Westly, as well as Bronx Point, a ground-up affordable housing development along the Harlem River. He currently oversees Society Brooklyn in Gowanus along with two additional affordable housing projects, work that reflects UAG’s growing footprint in the affordable housing sector.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University’s College of Engineering.
