Tom is a Project Executive at UAG and brings over 25 years of experience within the industry to his role, including technical capability, field and safety expertise, and an advanced finance degree. In his role, Tom oversees the overall execution of multiple developments from start to finish, ensuring that project expectations are met on time and within the allocated budget. He manages his projects’ financials and mitigates industry-driven challenges while managing processes, protocols, and practices.
Most recently, Tom has worked on Kaufman Astoria, Walker House at 540 Broad, 67 Vestry, and 100 Flatbush Avenue. Before joining the atelier, Tom spent eight years at Hunter Roberts Construction Group as a Senior Project Manager, where he worked on 50 West Street and BioBat. Tom attended NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys attending live concerts and playing sports.
