Tom Voutsas serves as Senior Vice President, Operations Manager at UAG, bringing over 25 years of industry experience to the role. With a strong foundation in technical execution, field operations, safety, and finance, Tom is uniquely positioned to lead complex developments from inception through completion. He ensures that projects meet and exceed expectations while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Tom oversees project financials and navigates industry-specific challenges by implementing effective processes, protocols, and best practices to drive successful outcomes. His portfolio includes notable developments such as 505 State Street, Stevenson Commons, Kaufman Astoria Studios, and a range of multifamily projects spanning affordable housing to luxury condominiums.
Before joining UAG, Tom serves as Senior Project Manager at Hunter Roberts Construction Group for eight years, where he contributes to major developments including 50 West Street and BioBat. He earns a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys attending live concerts and staying active through various sports.
