Tom Voutsas serves as Senior Vice President, Operations Manager at UAG, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience to the role. With a rare command of technical execution, field operations, safety, and finance, Tom is uniquely equipped to lead complex developments from inception through completion, delivering projects that meet and exceed expectations while holding firm to timelines and budgets.
Tom oversees project financials across his portfolio and is known for turning industry-specific challenges into successful outcomes through disciplined processes, protocols, and best practices. His portfolio spans the full spectrum of multifamily development, from affordable housing to luxury condominiums, and includes notable projects such as 505 State Street, Stevenson Commons, and Kaufman Astoria Studios.
Before joining UAG, Tom spent eight years as Senior Project Manager at Hunter Roberts Construction Group, where he contributed to major developments including 50 West Street and BioBat. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
