Gavin Schiraldo, Deputy Operations Manager, is responsible for ensuring successful project completion, in line with the project budget and schedule.
Gavin earned his degree in civil engineering and began his career with a focus on mechanical construction and contracting services throughout the New York and New Jersey area. Through this experience, he gained extensive MEP knowledge, especially within the commercial and healthcare markets.
After becoming a construction management project manager, his career accelerated, landing him on some of the city’s most well-known projects, including the construction of The Ludlow, Borough of Manhattan Community College Fiterman Hall and numerous projects for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He further demonstrated his ability to manage complex projects with unique layouts and facades through his work on the Via 57 West building on Manhattan’s west side.
At UAG, he brings his high level of operations knowledge, along with his energetic and focused mentality. He strives to lead large project teams through a seamless phased approach to planning. His attention to detail remains focused from the initial bid through TCO coordination and final closeout.
