George joined UAG as a risk specialist, but has quickly climbed the ladder due to his level of skill and professionalism in relation to cost management. His vast professional experience in the Tristate Area consists of managing the financials for more than 97 projects, totaling more than $325 million. With his extensive background, he has led UAG’s development of unique procedures and policies to reduce project-related risks through training, reporting and auditing. He has created reliable protocols that ensure successful partnerships with clients and subcontractors based on transparent financial communications.

He now leads the execution of this framework to provide accurate and transparent reporting across projects, maintaining a close eye on controlling costs, managing change orders and mitigating future risk.
