Brent is a Project Executive at UAG with over 25 years of experience across various sectors, including residential, commercial, hospitality, higher education, and transportation. Brent’s approach is rooted in transparency and collaboration, guiding ownership, design teams, and subcontractors through a streamlined construction process to ensure project success. Brent joined UAG in 2023 and currently oversees the execution of two residential developments at 300 East 50th Street, a 194-unit mixed-income development, and 335 Eighth Avenue, a 190-unit mixed-use development with ground-floor commercial space and a grocer. Both market-rate rental properties include select units allocated as affordable through the Affordable NY program. In his prior experience, Brent was a Project Executive, Project Manager, and Superintendent, building a well-rounded set of skills to successfully construct over $2 billion of work throughout his career.
In recent years at CNY Group, Brent completed two residential developments, a commercial tower, and a boutique hotel. Outside of work, Brent enjoys traveling, golfing, and coaching his children’s sports teams.
