Brent serves as Project Executive at UAG, bringing nearly 30 years of experience across the residential, commercial, hospitality, higher education, and transportation sectors. Known for his transparent and collaborative approach, Brent guides ownership teams, designers, and subcontractors through a streamlined construction process, building the trust and alignment that successful projects depend on.
Since joining UAG in 2023, Brent has overseen two significant residential developments: 300 East 50th Street, a 194-unit mixed-income rental, and 335 Eighth Avenue, a 190-unit mixed-use building featuring ground-floor commercial space and a grocery store. Both projects include designated affordable units under the Affordable NY program, extending UAG’s commitment to mixed-income development.
Brent’s career spans every rung of project leadership, from Superintendent to Project Manager to Project Executive, a progression that has given him a ground-up understanding of how buildings actually get built and contributed to the successful delivery of more than $2 billion in construction. During his tenure at CNY Group, he completed two residential buildings, a commercial tower, and a boutique hotel.
