Joseph Krajzewski assumes the role of Senior Project Executive at UAG, bringing over 25 years of experience to his project at Linden Plaza.
This project encompasses the rehabilitation of five buildings spanning 2.3 million square feet, accommodating over 1500 units. Notably, Linden Plaza falls under the purview of Fifth Avenue Builders, a collaborative venture between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
Joseph’s leadership in the affordable housing sector resonates with a genuine commitment to addressing New York’s pressing housing needs. His endeavors extend beyond construction, emphasizing a team-oriented approach focused on the health and well-being of the communities he serves. Central to his ethos is the steadfast adherence to budgetary constraints and scheduling precision, ensuring that projects remain on course to deliver maximum impact.
Prior to joining UAG, Joseph served as President and CEO of WDF Inc., where he spearheaded numerous large-scale developments, including both the public and private sectors. These included not only affordable and residential housing but also education, health and hospital, and transportation sectors across the five Boroughs.
Joseph’s educational background includes a Business Administration and Management degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
