T.C. Neuhs serves as Senior Vice President, Financial Operations at UAG, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy, transaction structuring, and enterprise risk management across its operating platform. He is responsible for structuring and negotiating the contractual frameworks that underpin UAG’s client engagements, aligning financial, operational, legal, insurance, and risk functions to drive execution and protect project and portfolio-level performance.
T.C. plays a central role in scaling UAG’s platform and expanding into new markets, including leading the development of the end-to-end financial, operational, and risk infrastructure supporting the firm’s Florida operations. More broadly, he serves as a key integrator across the organization, unifying cross-disciplinary functions into a cohesive operating framework that enables consistent execution. His work ensures projects are executable, properly capitalized, and aligned from predevelopment through delivery.
He is a leader in the firm’s affordable housing practice, with deep experience in publicly financed low- and mixed-income developments. T.C. has streamlined underwriting, compliance, and contracting processes for regulated projects, integrating financial modeling fluency with regulatory requirements and construction execution. His work has strengthened UAG’s ability to deliver complex affordable housing developments efficiently while meeting the requirements of public agencies, development and institutional partners, and community stakeholders.
Over the course of his tenure, T.C. has executed more than $4.5 billion in transactional agreements spanning more than 9 million square feet across a range of asset types and delivery structures, including commercial, multifamily, mixed-income, and public-private sector development. Earlier in his career at UAG, he led the firm’s purchasing and procurement functions, overseeing bidding strategy, contract negotiation, and execution across the portfolio.
T.C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, with minors in Engineering Management and Architectural Studies. While at Tufts, he was also a member of the national championship men’s lacrosse team.
