505 State Street is New York City’s largest all-electric residential tower and a key component of The Alloy Block – a transformative mixed-use development in Downtown Brooklyn. Rising 44 stories, the tower includes 440 market-rate rental residences and over 30,000 square feet of retail space at its base.
