Stevenson Square
Stevenson Square Buildings 4, 5, and 6 are part of a master development in collaboration with HPD, HDC, HCR, and the New York City Council. Building 4 is a six-story, 72,000-square-foot development focused on creating 117 affordable senior housing units, with an emphasis on healthy living and sustainability. The project partners with the non-profit Regional Aid for Interim Needs (R.A.I.N.), a Bronx-based agency dedicated to senior care. Neighboring Buildings 5 and 6 consist of two independent structures totaling 70,000 square feet, offering 58 homeownership residences ranging from one to three bedrooms. Upon completion, the master development will include nearly 1,000 new affordable rental and condominium units, 30,000 square feet of community facility space, walking paths, a sensory playground, and expansive outdoor recreational areas. The buildings are developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
