5 Times Square

5 Times Square is a 38-story, 575-foot tower in the heart of Midtown Manhattan currently undergoing one of the largest office-to-residential conversions in New York City history. Encompassing 960,000 SF, the project will deliver 1,224 rental residences – including 300 affordable units – transforming a dated commercial asset into a landmark mixed-income community at the center of the city.
