5 Times Square

5 Times Square is a transformative office-to-residential conversion repositioning developed by Apollo Global Management and RXR, and designed by Gensler. The 38-story, 575-foot-tall tower is being transformed from 960,000 square feet of vacant commercial space into approximately 1,224 rental residences, including 300+ affordable units.
