BRONX RIVER ADDITION
Bronx River Addition is a $93 million modernization through the NYC Public Housing Preservation Trust’s design-build program. Located in the Bronx’s Soundview neighborhood, the project will deliver comprehensive upgrades to 226 apartments across two buildings, including full kitchen and bathroom renovations, new windows and flooring, and modernized electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and heating systems. Guided by extensive resident engagement, the work will preserve Bronx River Addition as 100% public housing, ensuring long-term affordability and dignity for its residents.
