MORGAN NORTH
Morgan North is a 10-story, 1.3 million-square-foot redevelopment of the historic USPS Processing and Distribution Center, where UAG proudly led preconstruction and construction management services. Originally constructed in 1933 for postal use, the building has been adaptively reused to create a modern commercial workplace while honoring its legacy spanning three centuries. Floors 5 through 10 were transformed into 630,000 square feet of office space featuring 17-foot ceilings and expansive skylights. The development also includes New York City’s largest roof terrace—a two-acre green roof with shaded workspaces, cabanas, a pedestrian walking path, social and game areas, and a dedicated fitness and wellness zone.
