Following the success of 505 State Street, One Third Avenue aspires to become the world’s tallest Passive House development. Located on the western edge of the Alloy Block, the project will include a mix of market-rate and affordable housing, along with retail and commercial office space. The Alloy Block is a five-building initiative bringing residential, educational, commercial, cultural, and retail uses to the heart of Downtown Brooklyn.
