114 SNEDIKER AVENUE

114 Snediker Avenue is a 60,000-square-foot, all-electric women’s shelter located in Brooklyn. The facility includes 60 dormitory-style units with accommodations for 200 beds. Designed with a focus on sustainability and community, the project incorporates solar panels, a green roof garden, and a greenhouse cultivating seasonal vegetables. These environmentally conscious features are intended to foster engagement and enhance the overall residential experience. The building is developed and constructed by Fifth Avenue Builders, a joint partnership between Camber Property Group and Urban Atelier Group.
