MABEL
Mabel is a seven-story, 200,000-square-foot mixed-income development at 335 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea, where UAG provides preconstruction and construction management services. In partnership with Penn South’s affordable housing initiative, the project features 190 units, with 30% allocated to low- and middle-income New Yorkers. Lidl Grocer will occupy 23,000 square feet at the base of the building, complemented by 13,000 square feet dedicated to additional retail offerings.
