Mabel is a seven-story, 200,000 SF mixed-use development at 335 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea, featuring 188 rental units with 30% designated affordable through the Affordable NY Program, and 36,000 SF of retail including a 23,000 SF Lidl supermarket. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the building targets Passive House and LEED Gold certifications and offers residents a fitness center, coworking lounge, library, media lounge, dining area with catering kitchen, and landscaped rooftop deck.
