BRONX POINT
Bronx Point is a transformative mixed-use development spanning approximately 530,000 square feet, where UAG led preconstruction and construction services. The project introduced permanently affordable housing, interactive and educational community facilities, retail, and new public spaces adjacent to the Harlem Waterfront in the South Bronx. Additionally, Bronx Point is home to the Hip Hop Museum, a cultural destination celebrating local Hip Hop music and culture, designed to inspire, empower, and promote understanding.
