SOCIETY BROOKLYN

Society Brooklyn and Sackett Place are two independent 21-story mixed-use towers totaling 605,000 SF in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Together, they deliver 517 apartments — 75% market-rate and 25% affordable through the Affordable New York Program — spanning studio to three-bedroom residences designed for a range of households. Both towers feature a wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and rooftop terrace overlooking the adjacent waterfront park.
