LINDEN PLAZA
Linden Plaza is a landmark Mitchell Lama preservation and rehabilitation project in Brooklyn, NY, encompassing 11 buildings, 2.3 million square feet. This strategic approach involves the temporary relocation of tenants within the campus to enable comprehensive rehabilitation of residential units, overhaul of all mechanical and plumbing equipment, along with essential façade and structural repairs of the buildings, the parking garages and the concrete deck over the MTA Pitkin Yard. The project is dedicated to creating a healthier, safer, and improved living environment for the entire Linden Plaza community.
