This eight-story building comprises 147 units, providing a mix of affordable, supportive, and shelter accommodations complemented by social services programming. The shelter component functions as a dedicated 100-bed facility catering to single adult women, offering access to therapy services focused on recovery and community reintegration. Among the 147 units, 88 are allocated to formerly homeless individuals, with the remaining designated for households earning 30-60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
