67 VESTRY
67 Vestry is a Romanesque Revival landmark and the last of Tribeca’s historic waterfront properties, where UAG provided preconstruction and construction management services for its renovation and redevelopment. The project transformed the existing 71,000-square-foot loft building into 13 full- and half-floor luxury condominiums, including several duplex units and a triplex penthouse.
