20 & 30 Halletts Point are two mixed-use towers in Queens, New York, where UAG guides preconstruction and construction management services. The developments total 800,000 square feet and sit atop a shared parking foundation along the waterfront on a former industrial site. Together, they feature 650 mixed-income units and introduce new housing, retail, and community-oriented amenities to the neighborhood. 20 & 30 Halletts Point represent the third and fourth buildings in the larger seven-building Halletts Point complex.
