Stevenson Commons
Stevenson Square is a master development delivered in collaboration with HPD, HDC, HCR, and the New York City Council. Building 4 is a six-story structure providing 117 units of affordable senior housing and over 5,000 square feet of amenities focused on healthy living and sustainability. Adjacent Buildings 5 and 6 span 70,000 square feet and offer 58 homeownership residences ranging from one to three bedrooms. At full buildout, the master development will encompass nearly 1,000 units of affordable rental and condominium housing, 30,000 square feet of community facility space, walking paths, a sensory playground, and landscaped outdoor recreation areas.
