UNITY TOWERS CONEY ISLAND
Unity Towers is a comprehensive modernization through the NYC Public Housing Preservation Trust’s design-build program. Located in Coney Island, Brooklyn, the project will deliver
holistic upgrades to 193 apartments, including full kitchen and bathroom renovations, window replacements, facade repairs, plumbing and ventilation improvements, heating system
optimization, and safety and security enhancements, alongside hazardous material abatement and landscape improvements. Shaped by extensive resident engagement since the
community’s 2024 vote to join the Trust, the work will preserve Unity Towers as 100% public housing, ensuring long-term affordability and dignity for its residents.
