Ruby boasts two 22-story residential rental towers in West Chelsea, where UAG led preconstruction and construction services. The development includes 480 units, with 30% designated as affordable housing through the Affordable New York program. The façade is inspired by the neighborhood’s rich historic architectural fabric, featuring hand-laid brick, richly patterned surfaces, and narrow setbacks. Ruby also offers 19,000 square feet of community-oriented amenities, including a rooftop pool, lounge, grilling terrace, and wellness center.
